Adventurer Wanted, Hat Provided

I love Edd Macdonald's stories, and in 2016, I illustrated one of them.

"Adventurer Wanted, Hat Provided" is a quiet, windswept story about a chance encounter and a hat that turns out to be just the right size. I planned the visual pacing, broke the text down into 31 illustrated pages, lettered it by hand, and inked my way through the month of October.

This year, I dusted off my pen to ink a 32nd page: copyright information for a limited run of 100 copies, printed and bound in Canada by Misprint Manuscripts.
